Return Policy

Eligibility:
Since our products fall under the healthcare category, we do not accept returns to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

However, we understand that certain exceptional situations may arise. In cases such as damaged products, incorrect items delivered, or quality concerns, we are happy to review and assist on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for such consideration, the issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, along with clear supporting evidence (such as images or videos of the product and packaging). Our team will carefully evaluate the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy helps us maintain strict quality control while also ensuring that genuine concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. After requesting the return and Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the return meets our quality standards and conditions then the refunds will be processed.

Conditions:
Returned items must be in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@purplelifesciences.com with your order number.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

Return Shipping:
Shipping, logistics, and handling charges will be deducted from the original payment. The remaining amount will then be refunded to the customer. Customers are responsible for these costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
